First, let me tell you how honored I am that you chose our company to assist you in repairing your credit.  We are, first and foremost, driven by the desire to help you achieve your credit and financial goals, and exceed your expectations every step of the way.  We read every email that any of our clients send. So, if you ever have any questions or concerns, please send us a message within your client portal at https://thecreditfighters.scorexer.com/Portal/login.jsp We will make sure a team member gets back to you personally within one business day or less.

Now, let’s get started!  There will be multisteps within this process, and each step is necessary.  Please be sure to read all the way through the instructions and complete all the steps.

STEP 1:

Follow the link below to complete onboarding. You will be required to review our Client Agreement and sign it at the bottom with your finger or mouse. This agreement will give you important information about our terms of service, your payment details, and once signed it will give us permission to do work on your behalf. WE CAN NOT START WORK UNTIL THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED.

You will then choose a separate digital signature that we will include on your letters to the bureaus and creditors.

Step 2:

Go to your Credit Fighter Portal at https://thecreditfighters.scorexer.com/Portal/login.jsp

Log into your portal with your email address. You will need to reset your password to something you will remember.  Once you are logged into the portal verify that all your information is correct within the account section.  You will be able to access your account, review activity, exchange documents securely and monitor your overall progress.  This portal will be your life line during this process.

Step 3:

Emails. Be sure to add our email address info@thecreditfighters.com to your email address book or “whitelist” to ensure all future communications will reach you.  This will ensure you never miss an important update or notification about your score increase etc.. This makes a HUGE difference in receiving our emails.

Step 4:

Once the above is complete, click here to schedule your onboarding call with me, so we can discuss your goals and any questions you have.   We will pull your credit report at this time, so we can begin working on your file so you can regain your credit power back. At this time, we will send you an audit report containing all the information that is holding your credit score back, this is called the “Before Picture”. We will also lay out the roadmap we will take to get your score where you want it to be.
